Sailing with purpose.
Living life on our sailboat “Anchored in Hope” as we take the Gospel of Jesus Christ with us. One anchorage at a time.

Anchored in Faith: A Journey from Loss to New Horizons
When the walls we once called home crumbled around us, it felt as though the foundation of our lives was shaken. But in the midst of uncertainty, we were reminded of a truth that has become the anchor of our souls—“We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure” (Hebrews 6:19). This hope held us together as we faced the loss of everything familiar, everything we built.
But loss is not the end. It became the beginning of something new, something deeper. Our hearts were drawn to the words of Exodus, echoing in our spirits: “If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here” (Exodus 33:15). And with that prayer, we embarked on a new voyage—not just across waters, but into a deeper ministry, a life set apart for His purpose.
Our home became the sea, our guide the Lord, as we set sail into the unknown. The winds, the waves, the sunrise on the horizon all speak of His presence. There are no walls to separate us from creation or from the calling He placed on our hearts. Every journey, every storm, every calm is a reminder that He is with us.
“If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here”.
Though the loss of our earthly home was great, it made room for something eternal—the certainty of His presence. The sailboat we now call home moves not just on the waters, but in the current of His will. And wherever He leads, we will follow, because we know the truth of the scriptures: without Him, there is no going forward.
Through the storm and the stillness, His anchor will always hold.
