As strong women we understand the importance of honesty and emotional integrity. As the apostle Paul says in Ephesians 4:26, “In your anger do not sin: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry.” A strong woman recognizes that emotions are a God-given aspect of human experience and that suppressing them can lead to resentment and division.
By expressing our feelings with grace and managing them wisely, we embody the qualities of vulnerability and emotional maturity that Christ has shown during His earthly journey.
Heavenly Father, we approach Your throne room in gratitude for the strong women you have placed within us. Emotions are a part of our human nature, and we thank You for guiding us to manage them in a way that honours You and promotes healthy relationships.
“In your anger do not sin: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry.”
– Ephesians 4:26
We ask for your wisdom to be poured upon the strong women who seek to express their feelings honestly and respectfully. May their actions be grounded in your love and guided by your Spirit. Grant them the discernment to navigate their emotions with grace and the strength to manage them wisely. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
