Psalm 91:2 The verse of the day is so appropriate after the night we had.

We had a strong Southerly with an average of 19 knots and gusting of 30 knots. The fishing boats behind us were getting ready to leave and our anchor started dragging fast straight towards them. By the time we got the engine started we had dragged over 70 meters on top of the 50 meters of chain and rope we had put out.

We truly were safe inside of God’s refuge.

In the dark and not able to see.. gusts were pushing us further back toward these huge fishing boats..

In our fear, God becomes our fortress and we are hidden in His sanctuary. He quietens our minds, clears our thoughts… He becomes what we need, to do what needs to be done…Thank You, my Father
