Warrior Woman – Words That Sting.

The Glory Of God

Over the next few days, I want to share with you some traits we all need to rise after feeling hurt, disappointed, beaten up, or just out of sorts. Today I want to focus on that warrior within you, like David I want to speak to every Spirit and say, “oh Spirit within me, why are you so downtrodden?”

I want to speak to that quiet chamber of your heart because, inside that space, the place where you feel defeated a warrior force is stirring—a warrior, cloaked in grace and strength. She waits, patient yet eager, for her moment to rise. You see, within you lies a battlefield—a canvas where courage paints its masterpiece. This battle you are in is not a battle to be fought with swords, but with resilience, hope, and unwavering faith.

My heart swells with love for you, yes you the part of you that thinks love is not your portion. You, my fellow traveler on this winding path of life, are not alone. We walk together, hand in hand, seeking solace in the arms of our Heavenly Father. Let me speak to you as a daughter of a King, for that is what we are—royalty by grace, cherished beyond measure.

She wears her scars like battle ribbons, each one a testament to her strength. In the arena of life, she fights not for applause but for her own liberation. And as she stands, bloodied yet unyielding, she whispers, ‘I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

When Mean Words Sting

Ah, mean people—their words can cut deeper than the sharpest blade. They fling their arrows of bitterness, aiming for our hearts. Perhaps they mock our dreams, belittle our efforts, or question our worth. Their tongues drip with poison, leaving scars that ache long after the wounds have healed.

But listen closely, my dear sister: You are worth more than their words. Your value is not determined by their opinions, nor is it dictated by their cruelty. No, your worth is etched in the very fabric of your being—a masterpiece woven by the hands of the Creator.

The Anchor of God’s Promises

In Hebrews 10:23, we find an anchor for our souls: “Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep His promise.” Yes, my friend, God’s promises are our lifeline. When the tempest rages and the waves threaten to engulf us, we cling to His unwavering love.

  1. Matthew 12:12: “How much more valuable then is a man than a sheep!” You, my sister, are infinitely more precious than any creature. Your heart, your dreams, your very existence—they matter to the One who formed you.
  2. Matthew 10:31: “So do not fear; you are more valuable than many sparrows.” Those little birds, insignificant in the eyes of the world, are known and cared for by our Heavenly Father. How much more does He cherish you?
  3. Proverbs 31:10: “A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies.” You are not just a woman; you are a gem—a radiant soul with immeasurable worth.
  4. Colossians 1:10: “so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects.” Live in a way that reflects your true worth—a life anchored in Christ’s love.

When Their Words Echo, Remember This:

  • You are not defined by their cruelty but by the One who calls you beloved.
  • Your worth surpasses earthly treasures; it resides in the eternal.
  • The scars they inflict cannot tarnish your soul’s brilliance.

Pray, my sister. Seek refuge in the Word.

In this quiet moment, I come before You, Lord my Father, my King, You are my refuge and my strength. You see the depths of my heart—the wounds, the shattered pieces, the ache that threatens to overwhelm me. People have spoken harshly, and their words have etched scars upon my soul. But, I know that You are the ultimate healer, the mender of brokenness. God of restoration, rebuild what they tore down. Transform my hurt into hope, my brokenness into wholeness. As I surrender to You, let Your grace surround me until I feel whole again. You are my refuge, my hiding place, and my healer. Amen

Remember, dear sister, you are not alone. The Warrior within you rises, and her victory lies in surrendering to the One who heals and restores. And when the world hurls its stones, stand firm. Imagine yourself as a mighty oak, roots anchored deep in the soil of God’s promises. Let their words be mere gusts of wind, unable to uproot you because YOU are cherished, seen, and loved.
