The Most Yummy Mud Cakes (Oats and Coconut)

Ingredients
  

Cook on Stove for 5 minutes the following Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Cocoa Powder I use 4 and 1/2 Tablespoon if I am not in the mood for a dark version
  • 250 gram Butter I have also used Stork Margarine when i didn't have butter and it was divine as well.
  • 4 cups Sugar Dont use less unless you half the full recipe
  • 1 cup Milk

Once you remove your pot from the stove. Stir in the following ingredients:

  • 4 cups Rolled Oats You can put in 3 cups oats to add a cup extra of Coconut. I find the recipe as is, is a good balance.
  • 4 cups Flaked store-bought Coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

Instructions
 

  • In a pot on the stove cook for 5 minutes
  • Butter, Suga and Milk
  • After five minutes take pot off of stove and add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Take a large oven dish and spray it with spray and cook
  • Layer the mixture into your oven dish and allow to cool off
  • Cut into blocks and Walla - You can now eat
