Reflecting on the words, “You may feel depleted, empty, exhausted, even burned out,” brings to mind the Scripture from Isaiah 40:31: “But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
Even in moments of weariness, I find solace in the promise that God’s renewal is at hand, and my faith is the anchor that holds me steady.

Heavenly Father, I come before You acknowledging my human limitations and the challenges that can leave me feeling drained. Yet, I know that Your power is made perfect in weakness. Help me to surrender my weariness to You and to place my hope in Your unwavering love.
Lord, I pray for the renewal of my spirit. May Your presence breathe new life into my weary soul and rekindle the flame of hope within me. Grant me the faith to trust that You are working all things for my good, even when I cannot see the way ahead. Thank You, God, for being my source of strength and restoration. As I continue to walk this journey, may I find comfort in Your promises and the assurance that You are ever faithful. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
