Hey Girls, today we will reflect on the wisdom of God and how choosing humbleness is a good thing in the sight of God.
“Pride leads us to dishonour, but with humility comes great wisdom.” If we have the frame of mind that keeps us humble, then our Humility will be the channel that will always acknowledge our dependence on God. Being driven by Godly wisdom will open us to the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit. Pride closes you off to God, who is trying to transform you.
Wisdom’s instruction is to fear the Lord, and humility comes before honour.
– Proverbs 15:33
So stop what you are doing right now and make a conscious decision to prepare your heart to receive God’s wisdom.
Dear Lord, help us to understand that the Fear of God is a school in skilled living, first, we will learn humility, and then we will experience Your glory. This is not punishment Father but an honour to be schooled in Your mercy and grace, Amen.
