Lamentations 3:22-23 The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.
Life is hard, and its struggles are real. We are the mothers and fathers of the men and women building on the futures of the next generation.
That sentence alone makes me tired. We have so much riding on our shoulders, that we sacrifice important stuff just to get through the day.
This verse reminds me that no matter my struggle, even when the nitty-gritty keeps me so busy that I don’t get to the big stuff, the important stuff… I can rest assured that my Father’s faithful love. Is new every morning.
His mercy never ends.. my mistakes of today do not have to follow me into tomorrow.
Because God’s mercies are new every day.
