Morning ladies, here we are on the last morning of June, we have a moment to scan through the past month, see the good and the bad and sigh that we have made it this far. Today we are looking at Isaiah 58:11 where we read that God will guide us and He will provide. It doesn’t matter if everyone around you has been paid and is buying luxury cars or motorcycles. It doesn’t matter if your child’s father is on holiday with his third girlfriend this month and you are struggling just to put food on the table.
The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.
Isaiah 58:11
Jesus guided us from the moment He was born. Even when He was an infant in Bethlehem, God showed the wise men where to find baby Jesus. To this day we still bear witness to a Father who is constantly showing us where to go. God breaks the mould of normal; in the emptiest of places, He still gives us a full life. Inside our weakness, He still gives firm muscles. In our weakened foundations, he still gives us strong bones. God says we will be like a well-watered garden, a gurgling spring of water that never runs dry.
It is only with Christ that our old rubble of past lives, is built anew. With Jesus, we can rebuild the foundations of our past broken lives. After finding God and receiving His restoration, He will show us how to restore old ruins of people, rebuild and renovate them, making the community livable once again.

Lord, thank you that we can know that we can’t do anything in our own strength, teach us to lean on You my king, and Your strength. That we remember always if You take us to it, You will provide for us through it.
