Good Morning Ladies, here we are at another day enjoying a wonderful Sunday with our families and with God.
The last few days we spoke about this exact verse, almost a carbon copy, said in many ways, different words combined together all with much the same meaning of living humbly before God and before man. Today the verse starts off by saying, that He gives us more grace. How wonderful to know that as His children we automatically receive more grace from our Father
But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: “God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble
James 4:6
James offers us reassurance through this verse. Reminding us that even if we have been living full of pride, we have not outrun the grace of God. This grace is given to all of us who trust in Jesus Christ our Saviour.
