What a day we have had, It was a good day. The things that went wrong today and last week will be good tomorrow. The struggles we faced will be over and a new page will turn in all our lives. Believe this with me today for each of us.
5 In the same way, you who are younger, submit yourselves to your elders. All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, “God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.

Over and over the word of God speaks of us clothing ourselves in humility, in this verse Peter takes it one step further and says God opposes (Actively working against) the proud but shows favour to the humble. Favour means an act of kindness beyond what is due or usual. Meaning God is going to show us kindness beyond what we are due. Can I get an Amen girls, this is our day of favour.
