I Declare I am a woman of noble Character

This is a chapter that encompasses the sayings of King Lemuel—an inspired utterance his mother taught him. As a young boy his mom would teach him the type of Woman to look for when he was older.

Proverbs 31

As I read over this chapter I see what every mom, daughter, or gran-daughter has longed to become, be or teach our sons and our daughters.

We as women, have always felt lacking, not good enough to compete in the race to measure up to, be good enough for. We have become our own worst enemy, breaking ourselves down before the world gets a chance to.

What we have failed to realize is that once we are saved, called, and equipped we are those women. We are a woman to be reckoned with, a mighty warriors armed with Holy Power weaponry.

It’s time we declared this as who we are, not who we aim to be, it’s who we became when Jesus Christ saved our souls and called us redeemed, renewed, and reborn. We are who God says we are.

Dear Lord, thank you that we can know that in you we are more than enough. AMEN.
