I Love the sound of the world waking up on a crisp winter morning. When we went on deck this morning the world had just started waking up. Around us, the birds began chirping and if you listened really well, you could hear the popping of the water drops as they slipped from the boat into the water.
I love winter and the late sunrise, but winter has become a new experience on the boat, with later mornings and early nights.
The cold is at a new level on the sailboat. Not even my coffee this morning can warm these bones. I go back inside and get a warmer jacket, Andre is already prepared himself for the cold with his wooly socks, beanie, and jacket.
The view remains spectacular from this side of the lens, I wonder what this day will bring.
