The way of fools seems right to them, but the wise listen to advice,
Proverbs 12:15
Fools are headstrong and do what they like, always thinking they know better than others, but wise people take advice, they look for those who are known to be wise, those with a deeper insight and understanding.
“For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.”
– Hebrews 4:12
Dear Lord, help us to not listen to foolish people but to find deeper insight for ourselves, learning your wisdom in the word of God that is a two-edged sword ready to penetrate any foolish notion. Amen
