Good evening girls, I love this word. When God gave this word to me it felt so easy. Just to think of surrounding ourselves with the goodness of God seems easy. But now as I sit in front of my computer, I ponder the reality of it. The more I think about living in this bubble with God, the more I realise that that is for another time, a time where God will come and fetch His people, and create His new kingdom.
For by wise guidance you can wage your war, and in abundance of counselors there is victory
Proverbs 24:6
Surrounding ourselves in good is not realistic, so we needed Jesus. Because on this earth terrible things will happen and sadness will come across our doorstep. The difference we have is that we can surround ourselves with like-minded people. People who trust in and live for Jesus Christ. People who will stand in the gap when we are in pain and who we can stand in the gap for.

It is in surrounding ourselves with goodness that can bring about change. Change comes not in what can be accumulated through our possessions BUT what we can accumulate in love and truth.
Dear Lord, Teach us to always walk upright before You Lord, surrounding ourselves with good and not evil. Amen
